Notre Dame and the HHS “Contraceptive” Mandate: A Panel Discussion

What is the HHS “contraceptive” mandate? Whose rights does it violate? What’s at stake for Notre Dame if the mandate is not overturned? On Tuesday, March 27, at 7:30 PM in the McCartan Courtoom (Eck Hall of Law), Notre Dame Right to Life will host a discussion of this controversial threat to religious freedom. Come with questions for panelists Professor Carter Snead (Professor of Law, Notre Dame Law School), Dean Richard Garnett (Associate Dean for Faculty Research, Professor of Law, Notre Dame Law School), Lisa Everett (Co-Director, Office of Family Life, Diocese of Fort Wayne-South Bend), and Gabby Speach (Senior, Program of Liberal Studies).
